No updates from the Pynchon Project; I'm taking a breather until I go on vacation on Monday (woot). But here's some Courtney Queeney. From the poem "Upper Crust Adolesence" from her book Filibuster to Delay a Kiss:

There was always some boy
to kiss under the buzzing streetlight
filling my head with static, closest state to a swoon
I'd allow, thought I wanted them to swallow me whole
or spirit me away from the house

Next up, here is the most amazing dog. Really.

h/t to K___, my favorite IRA supporting Saint Paulian.

Last but not least, things to expect today:

ich bin ein oberliner reviews The Elephant Vanishes, by Haruki Murakami; The Burial at Thebes (Seamus Heaney, trans.) by Sophicles; and Facebook wall messages
